  • Harvest period: mid of september
  • Winemaking procedure: controlled temperature fermentation at 28-30°C with delestage. Malolactic fermentation completed. Maturation on the skins with batonnage for at least 1 month.
  • Agening and refinement: in a concrete tank for at least 1 year and again at least 6 months refinement in the bottle.


How to drink it? With whatever you like form your pizza or pasta up to elaborated dishes!
